Cat St. Martin writes adult romantasy where military strategy, forbidden romance, and impossible loyalties collide. Her debut novel, Veilbound, is the first book in the Divine Bloodlines series.
Before turning to fiction, St. Martin served in the military, including combat deployments. That experience informs the strategy, tradecraft, and complicated questions of loyalty that shape her stories.
Veilbound won the 2026 Daphne du Maurier Award for Excellence in Mystery/Suspense in the Unpublished Romantic Mystery/Suspense category and was named a finalist in the 2026 Pacific Northwest Writers Association Literary Contest.
When she isn’t writing, St. Martin is usually on horseback, wandering through a museum or bookstore, or at home with her family and a black cat, Salem, who believes he is in charge.

About The Book
